Tasting :A lemon yellow/gold colour. The nose offers fruity (yellow fruits) and floral notes. One notices its mineral freshness. The palate has a nice fatness, tension and fullness. A very nice minerality as well.

Cellaring capacity : You could drink it young or in the cellar for ten years.

Food and wine pairing: Enjoy it with fish, such as grilled sea bream.

Service: Ideally served between 11 and 13 °C after decanting.
