The L'atru Biancu cuvée, whose name literally means "the other white" in Corsican, reflects Yves Leccia's commitment to promoting and preserving the rare indigenous grape varieties of the Isle of Beauty. Made primarily from Biancu Gentile, a traditional grape variety once forgotten and patiently revived, this limited-production cuvée expresses a unique personality, deeply rooted in its original limestone terroir.
On the palate, this white wine is distinguished by a beautiful aromatic complexity, blending notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, maquis shrubland, and subtle hints of honey. On the palate, there is a remarkable balance between a full, almost fleshy texture and a mineral saline freshness that elegantly extends the finish, making it an ideal companion for fine cuisine and noble fish.
