VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Harvest : manual followed by a sorting of the grapes.
Vinification : after static settling, the must is placed in oak barrels to begin alcoholic fermentation.
Ageing: on fine lees in new oak barrels (35%) and in oak barrels of one or two wines.
Duration of breeding: 15 to 18 months
TASTING
The nose expresses itself on fine woody and smoky notes. The palate is broad, with fat, buttery notes and a soft finish.
Serving temperature between 12° and 14°C.
