Champagne Le Cran 1er Cru Ludes 2018 - Bérêche et Fils
Ludes Premier Cru
93+/100 Parker
Drinking window: 2027–2036
"Sourced from northeast- and northwest-facing plots and harvested on September 4 and 5, the 2018 Le Cran Ludes Premier Cru is showing beautifully; it opens with aromas of pear, peach, and red apple, mingled with nuances of blood orange. Medium- to full-bodied, intense, and chalky, it is underpinned by ripe yet vibrant acidity and concludes with a long, saline finish. Disgorged in July 2025, it is a fine success despite the vintage's high yields, offering a slightly suppler, more open interpretation of the Le Cran cuvée. It will offer a broad drinking window." Kristaps Karklins
