TECHNICAL INFORMATION

• 100% Chardonnay
• 0.45 hectares of 50-year-old vines, spread across the "Beaux Regards" and "Les Clos" plots situated mid-slope in Ludes (Premier Cru); the soil consists of very fine-grained clay mixed with limestone and flint. The Chardonnay’s distinctive, refined character shines through in a wine defined by density and texture. Notes of candied lemon, creamy apricot, wildflowers, and spices meld into a deep, expressive Champagne built for aging. The breadth and power characteristic of the Montagne de Reims lend the wine much of its personality; it will benefit from a few more years of bottle aging.
