- Citrus fruits, lemon and grapefruit notes, as well as butter flavors. A balanced mouth between acidity and structure.
- Garde : Can be drunk now or kept for 5 to 7 years.
- Aging : Between 15 and 20 months
- At the domain : The quality of the wines is regular, with a lot of finesse and length. This domain is now better known under the name of the children: Pierre Boisson and Anne Boisson. A rising domain, which was still very little known recently. The high quality of the wines and the work on the terroir have made it a household name. Sparkling wines, which perfectly define all the precision and depth that a great Burgundy wine can have.
