'Very seductive aromas of strawberry tart, with a deliciously crisp crust. Notes of copper and iron as well. A medium-bodied wine, typical of Pinot Noir, with notes of salted butter, a touch of oak, and a juicy finish. 64% barrel-fermented Pinot Noir (5% still red wine), 28% Chardonnay, and the remainder Pinot Meunier. This rosé just keeps getting better. Drink now.'
