Provenance estate
- Terroir: 30% sand - 55% clay - 15% limestone). From this type of soil, very elegant and fragrant wines are obtained, with great aging potential.
- Harvesting and maceration: The grapes are hand-picked, sorting only the best bunches and placing them in baskets of 20 kilos. Maceration in "tino" (open-top wooden vat) lasted 40 days, with regular punching of the cap, and at the end of the alcoholic fermentation, the estate used the traditional "submerged cap" technique: traditional "submerged cap" technique to continue static maceration.
