Produced through a long natural fermentation and aged for 12 to 16 months in French barrels, it boasts an expressive, aromatic, and balsamic profile, combining power, elegance, and freshness.

The palate is long, saline, and mineral, with a savory finish.

Only 4,500 bottles produced (bottled in July 2016).
