The tasting of the Premier Cru Vaillons: "A pretty golden colour, a beautiful frank and vertical attack. The fruitiness and the delicately spicy side of its terroir offer a round power in the mouth with notes of buttered brioche with accents of jammy reinette apples and a delicate white pepper.
Pairings: A delight with strong fish such as red mullet, salmon, even smoked salmon, but also grilled lobster, stewed lobster or lobster cooked in an Armorican style. It also stands up to iodized sea urchins and the strongest cheeses such as Epoisses, Soumaintrain, Langres and Maroilles. This wine seduces lovers because it is a seducer known for the pleasures it offers so spontaneously!
