Champagne Tarlant L'Aérienne 2004
In 2004, a slow ripening of the grapes, harvested at the end of September, gave an intense aromatic expression and a great balance, almost airy. Hence the name of this cuvée, L'Aérienne, made from a few carefully selected plots. It is a cuvée Brut Nature, i.e. not dosed
Harvest: September 2004
Grape Variety: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir
Terroir : Lieux-dits "L'Enclume", "Les Marguiniers", "Les Forgeottes" and "Pierre de Bellevue": crumbly limestone, hard limestone and chalk.

Bottling : 2 May 2005
Disgorging: Manual, from 2017 (see back label)
Dosage: 0 g/L - Brut Nature
Colour: Golden hue with green reflections and bubbles of a rare finesse.
Nose : Fine and slender, l'Aérienne takes us towards notes of candied citrus zest while retaining a greediness through honeyed and gourmet aromas.
Palate : Bright and enveloping, this cuvée is also light and fresh.
Food and wine pairing : The silky texture of the Aérienne will go well with white meats in sauce such as a poultry supreme with cream and seasonal mushrooms.
