Tasting notes
AT THE EYE
A brilliant yellow gold colour with green reflections, a fine effervescence.
IN THE NINTH
The nose is complex with notes of candied citrus fruits and dried fruits. One finds particularly hazelnut and pecan.
IN MOUTH
The palate is lively and tense on the attack, to switch to a fuller and more generous texture. Then, an iodine tension and a more assertive minerality settle in. The length is there and expresses itself thanks to its beautiful aromatic richness. In the finish, notes of caramel and citrus fruits, such as yuzu.
