- blend 50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay

- without added sulphites
- Alcoholic fermentation and maturing on lees in barrels and demi-muids for 9 months.
- natural malolactic fermentation
- ageing 18 to 20 months in bottles on slats
- Very round on the palate with notes of citrus fruit, quetche, vine peach, fennel, mint and liquorice. Gourmet attack and good length in the mouth, subtle bitterness and a mineral finish.
