- without added sulphites
- Alcoholic fermentation and maturing on lees in barrels and demi-muids for 9 months.
- natural malolactic fermentation
- ageing 18 to 20 months in bottles on slats
- Notes of fresh fruit: wild strawberry, questch, nectarine, ripe lemon. Chiselled, silky and taut wine. Beautiful length in the mouth with a mineral finish.
