- on lees in barrels and half-muids for 9 months
- Alcoholic fermentation and maturing on lees in barrels and demi-muids for 9 months.
- ageing 18 to 20 months in bottles on slats
- Notes of ripe blood orange, cooked apple, peach and red fruit. Straightforward and greedy attack with a creamy bubble. Beautiful length with a mineral finish.
