L'Esquisse is a cuvée that brings together Champagne Moussé's young, new plots. Designed to fully express the fruit, it is intended to be enjoyed young. A significant proportion of sizes make this cuvée easy to drink.
Terroir and Soil
- Origins: Cuisles, Jonquery, Châtillon-sur-Marne
- The soils are 90% green clay over calcareous marl.
Winemaking
- Basic blend: 70% 2020 vintage, 30% 2021 vintage
- Hand-harvested in market garden crates
- Malolactic fermentation carried out
- Homemade mine sulfur
- Dosage (sugar added at disgorgement): 2 gr/L
Ageing
On average, 18 months in the cellar.
