This wine is produced from Greenhouse District as well. There are 82% Grenache, 10% Vieux Cinsault and 8% Syrah. No destemming and 18 months of maturing as well. An elegant and spicy profile for this great wine of the Rhône-South. It will also be more favourable to tasting in its early years than the Charles Giraud Collectionbut it is also a great wine for laying down that you can let develop in the cellar for 2 decades, or even more depending on the vintage.
