Chateauneuf-du-Pape 2017 - Reserve Auguste Favier - Domaine Saint Préfert
This wine is produced from Quartier des Serres as well. There are 82% Grenache, 10% Vieux Cinsault and 8% Syrah. No destemming and 18 months of maturing as well. An elegant and spicy profile for this great wine of the southern Rhône. It will also be more favourable to tasting in its early years than the Charles Giraud Collection but it is also a great wine for laying down that you can let develop in the cellar for 2 decades, or even more depending on the vintage.
