Maturity: Drink now until 2030.
We find a gourmet and very refined bouquet. Notes of apricots, honey and of white flowers. The attack reveals great wealth. An unctuous wine, which offers an irresistible and brilliant palate. A very pleasant freshness on the finish, harmonious, with notes of roasted almonds on the return.

Vinification: Total de-stemming, maceration in thermo-controlled stainless steel vats, settling of the must.
Maturing: 1 year in 300-litre barrels
