A blend of 80% Grenache (aged in demi-muids and foudres) and 20% Syrah (in used barrels), the Côtes du Rhône Les Quartz is entirely destemmed, yet it offers seductive floral and herbaceous notes of rose garden alongside raspberries and cherries. Silky and full-bodied on the palate, it finishes with a long and elegant finish. This is another superb wine that should prove relatively affordable upon release.
