SITUATION: Hillside vineyard, slope over 50%.
EXPOSURE: South / south-east.
YIELD : 38 Hl/Ha
AGE OF THE VINES: 20 years old
HARVEST DATE: September 8, 2010
VINIFICATION: 100% destemming, followed by maceration for 4 weeks.
AGEING: 100% new barrels for 20 months.
TASTING : Finesse, balance and intensity sum up this 2010 vintage. The finesse of the tannins and the aromatic complexity reminds us of the beauty of this terroir.
