- Tasting notes: Made from grapes purchased in the northern part of the appellation, Gerin Saint-Joseph smells of asphalt and black olives. In the air, this fairly full-bodied wine opens up to reveal notes of blackberry and roasted meat. It is clean and flavoursome.
- This AOC Saint-Joseph wine is made exclusively from Syrah grapes. It can be enjoyed now and will keep for the next 10 years.
- It is made from 100% barrels that have contained 2 or 3 wines. It is aged for 12 months. The 15-year-old vines are located in the communes of Chavanay and Champagne.
