The Cuvée Maison Rouge is the parcel-based cuvée and flagship of the Domaine.
100% syrah.
Made from old Syrah vines planted on a gneiss bedrock, this cuvée is the pride of the estate.
Yield: 25 hl/ha Vinification: hand-picked. 100% de-stemmed, 3 weeks maceration in temperature-controlled vats.
Maturing: 20 months in barrels and demi-muids, 20% of which are new barrels.
