Best tasting period: 2023 - 2049
The 2019 Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons already stands out for its expressiveness. On the nose, it reveals aromas of lime zest, crisp stone fruit, and freshly baked bread, enhanced by delicate notes of nutmeg. On the palate, the wine is beautifully precise, both satiny and lively, with a penetrating structure that promises great longevity. Sourced from plots with deeper soils than Séchet, this Vaillons is fuller and more textured, offering a generous aromatic palette and a very nice finish.
Domaine Vincent Dauvissat is renowned for its high-quality Chablis wines. The estate's Chablis wines are made from the region's emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay. Vincent Dauvissat strives to produce wines that reflect the exceptional terroir of Chablis, characterised by limestone soils and a maritime influence.
