Vincent Dauvissat's Chablis Les Preuses is considered one of the best wines of Chablis. Les Preuses is one of the seven Grands Crus of Chablis and is located on the right bank of the Serein River. This wine is produced from grapes from vines with an average age of 45 years, planted on Kimmeridgian soil, characteristic of this wine region.
Vincent Dauvissat's Chablis Les Preuses is known for its aromatic complexity and mineral purity. It often has aromas of lemon, green apple, citrus and wet stone. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, with crisp acidity, a mineral texture and a lingering finish.
