Tasting notes :
- An elegant dress with pink and brilliant reflections.
- A nose of black and red fruits with a dominant of strawberries and white pepper.

- A wine that goes beyond the stereotypes of this appellation.
Method of vinification :
The grapes are picked by hand, sorted, and vinified with 80% whole harvest. During the 17 days of vatting, between 5 and 7 punching of the cap on the feet are carried out, as well as pumping over. After pressing, the wines are racked for 2 weeks and put into barrels. Ageing is 40% in new barrels and 60% in barrels of 1, 2, 3 years. After 14 months of maturing, the wines are racked into vats, rested for 3 months and bottled without filtration or fining.
