This terroir benefits from an exposure on the southern slope of the hill. The Schist in the subsoil allows the wine to have a vertical structure and a superb freshness.

- Production : This wine is produced in exceptional years! The winegrowers preserve the tradition of producing a great sweet wine from this mythical plot. This allows to obtain a botrytis with a superb concentration; of a great rarity.
