GRAPE VARIETIES & CULTURE 

- Mourvèdre 85%, Grenache 10% and Cinsault 5%.

- Organic culture of origin, organic life of the soil preserved, natural grassing.

- Strict selection of the best grapes, control of yields (32 hectoliters/hectares).

- Average age of the vines 30 years, hand harvesting and sorting of the harvest

- Aged in oak barrels of 25 to 60 hectoliters for 18 months

- Great potential of evolution and ageing, more than 30 years.
