Presentation : The Cuvée Les Coudraies is made from the eponymous plots of Cabernet Franc located on the hillsides of Parnay. The limestone soil gives richness and finesse to the wine. The yields are reduced to 40 hl/ha.

Vinification : Vinified and matured in stainless steel tanks, the Cuvée Les Coudraies emphasizes fruit and delicacy.

In the vineyard : The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and sorted. It then undergoes a pre-fermentation cold maceration before the beginning of the fermentation. The total duration of maceration is about 1 month, followed by 6 to 8 months of maturation in vats in order to refine the Cabernet Franc while maintaining the fresh and fruity character of the wine. No product is added during the whole process except small doses of SO2 to guarantee the quality of our wines during transport.
