Thierry Germain's domain has become in a short time the reference of the Saumur-Champigny appellation. To be discovered without further delay!
- Grape variety: 100% Chenin
- Terroir : Clay-limestone soil with sandstone and flint pebbles. De-stemming and thinning out of the grapes are used to better control the yields and improve the quality of the grapes.
- Harvesting : The grapes are harvested manually in two successive sortings.
- Maturing : On the fine lees for more than 12 months.
- Tasting notes : One of the "Star" cuvees of the estate. A beautiful nose of candied fruit, with flavours of citrus, lime and quince. A beautiful mouth with fatness and well-balanced acidity. Lemon notes on the finish.
