This rigorous approach allows the vines to draw the very essence from the limestone bedrock and fully express it in the grapes.
The vineyard is distinguished by a careful selection of grape varieties typical of the region, yet interpreted with a modern, fresh touch. Varieties include Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre for the reds and rosés, as well as Roussanne, Marsanne, and Vermentino (Rolle) for the whites. In the cellar, the work continues with the same rigor and authenticity. Vinification is carried out naturally, using indigenous yeasts and keeping sulfur additions to an absolute minimum.
