Domaine Sylvain Pataille's Marsannay Rouge ‘Ancestrale’ is an emblematic cuvée that expresses all the expertise of a passionate winemaker who respects nature.Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, this wine comes from old vines cultivated biodynamically on marl and limestone soils.It should be served between 16 and 18°C, and is best enjoyed after a light one-hour aeration to allow its aromas to come to the fore.
