By Stephan Reinhardt in 2021: "The 2019 Sancerre Le Paradis is bright but intense, fresh and elegant with an intensely aromatic, slightly flinty nose. Round and intense but also pure and fresh on the palate, this is a dense Sancerre with a compact structure, persistent and finely iodised fruit, and a long, crisp, mineral finish. Le Paradis is a safe bet in dry, hot vintages thanks to its 40+ year old vines on clay-limestone soils that are not too thin. Tasted in February 2021."
