Domaine Valette - AOC Pouilly-Fuissé

A small estate hidden in the village of Chaintré, located between the Mâconnais and the Beaujolais. But beware, small only in size, know that Domaine Philippe et Cécile Valette produces very great wines! Especially with its cuvée "Clos de Monsieur Noly" and its cuvée "Reyssié"! Three generations of winegrowers who preserve the traditions of the vine. Today, it is Philippe Valette who is at the head of this estate. The estate extends over 8 hectares of vines planted exclusively with Chardonnay.

Forerunner of organic farming, Domaine Valette is committed to biodynamic agriculture. From harvest to vinification, the Valette family honours manual and natural vine work and ensures the production of great wines full of energy. At a rate of 65,000 bottles per year, Domaine Valette presents wines offering a complex aromatic palette, rich and elegant.
