Domaine Zuria is an iconic winery located in Bonifacio, in the far south of Corsica. Founded by the Zuria family, who were originally from the island, this estate is reborn on historic land where vines were once cultivated. After several decades of neglect, the family took the bold step of replanting and revitalizing this unique terroir, bathed in sea spray and the winds of the maquis. The vineyard, certified organic, stretches across limestone soils rare in Corsica, giving the wines a unique minerality and freshness.
The estate works primarily with indigenous grape varieties such as Vermentinu, Sciaccarellu, and Minustellu, with an approach that is both modern and respectful of the island's traditions.
