Crocci Blanc 2024 - Domaine Zuria
Corsican wine from the estate | Vin de Corse - Bonifacio appellation
- Region: Corsica – Appellation: Île de Beauté
- Grape variety: Vermentinu
- Terroir notes: Musella plot – Limestone soils
- Aging: Oak casks
This Crocci Blanc from Domaine Zuria, an iconic Bonifacio winemaker, embodies the island's elegance in a rare and luminous cuvée. Grown on the Musella plot, planted on remarkable limestone soil, this Vermentinu reveals a mineral and chiseled expression of the Corsican terroir.
Vinified and aged in oak casks, it develops a full texture with beautiful tension, without ever losing its freshness. The nose opens with subtle aromas of white fruits, citrus zest, and Mediterranean flowers, enhanced by a touch of saltiness on the finish.
A wine for fine dining, to be enjoyed with noble fish, truffled poultry, or beautiful vegetable dishes.
