- Distinguished by its harmony, finesse and completeness; in the glass, fragrances of Anjou pear, crisp yellow apple, fresh bread, light honey, iodine and fresh mint take flight, this is a full-bodied, ample and pillowy wine with a core of fruit, effortlessly concentrated and balanced, combining precision and sensuality to convincing effect. Surrounded by racy acids and animated by a delicate mousse, it ends with a long, penetrating finish.
