This Rosé Grand Cru cuvée from Maison Egly Ouriet is made with a majority of Pinot Noir and a third of Chardonnay to enhance the floral notes.

Tasted by William Kelley: "Brimming with aromas of pear, tangerine, cherry and toasted almonds, it's vinous, with racy acids and a long, sapid finish. This bright, characterful wine deserves special effort to unearth."

• Blend of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay 
• Vinification entirely in barrels.
• Cellaring time: 60 monthsDisgorging date : July 2023
• Dosage: 2 gr/L
• Food/wine pairing: perfect as an aperitif or on toast with foie gras or smoked salmon. Also perfect with grilled fish à la plancha.
• Serve at around 12°C.
