Planted exclusively with Chardonnay, this plot expresses the full clarity and luscious character of its terroir. To preserve the fruit's original brilliance and natural vibrancy, the Paquet family opts for 100% tank aging over a period of 6 to 7 months, thereby enhancing the grape variety's signature freshness.
