Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ-Gain 2017 - François Carillon
It is a plot of about 2 hectares with a brown limestone type soil, at slower maturity. On the nose, the wines are marked by aromas of lime and pear. On the palate, the attack is finely mineral and continues for a long time on intense argumes until an acidulous finish.
Soil : Clay and limestone
