- Location : Three plots of land located in Gramenon in the commune of Montbrison sur Lez / Two plots of land on the limestone plateau at an altitude of 300 meters and the other one on the more sandy southern slope.
- Vineyard : Old Grenache vines aged from 50 to 70 years in Biodynamics
- Yield : 20 hl /ha
- Geology : Gramenon is built on siliceous sandstone and shells, making relief in the landscape of sandy safres. This sandstone bench corresponds to a molasse put in place in a coastal marine environment, under the influence of tidal currents around 12 Ma
Natural wine making :
- Hand picked and sorted
- Maceration of 15 days in cement vats
- Partially destemmed harvest
- Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
- Slight sulphiting after Malo depending on the vintage
