TERROIR
Beautiful vine in the heart of the Grands Terroirs de Chardonnay of the Côte de Beaune. Facing south-east, it dominates the hillside of the village of Puligny-Montrachet.
Clay-limestone soil with a strong presence of stones favoring high maturity.
WINEMAKING & AGING
The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes then the whole bunches are pressed in a pneumatic press. The juice is settled after pressing for 12 to 14 hours. Alcoholic fermentation and aging take place 100% in oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is carried out 100%.
Duration of breeding: 19 months.
