Champagne Jacquesson n° 739 Dégorgement tardif
- The Champagne "Cuvée 739 Dégorgement Tardif" is a great expression of Jacquesson, produced with an aging on lees of 8 years. It is a limited edition born from some bottles of Cuvée 739 with cork aged for a long period on the lees. A rich, intense and complex champagne, very elegant and well balanced.
- Grape varieties: Chardonnay 53%, Pinot Noir 29% and Pinot Meunier 18%.
- Alcohol content : 12.5%.
- Vineyard : Grapes from Grand and Premier Cru : Avize and Oiry from the Côte des Blancs and Ay, Dizy and Hautvillers from the Marne Valley.
- Vinification : First fermentation with an ageing in oak barrels, blending with the 34% of reserve wine and second fermentation in bottle according to the Champagne method. No filtration.
- Ageing : 88 months on lees
