- Presentation of the cuvée : This is an original blend, whose tonic character makes it an excellent aperitif.
- Tasting : A very clear ruby robe. A very fruity nose. The wine is very balanced in the mouth. You will notice its beautiful length, its salinity and its superb liveliness. It is a very mineral style wine.
- Grape variety : Gamay, Trousseau, and old Jura grape varieties.
- Certification: Organic agriculture / Work of the vine in biodynamics.
- Garde : To be drunk in its young years. Can be kept 7 years in the cellar.
- Alcohol: 13 degrees
- Service: Decanting can be done. Let the wine rest for a moment (1 or 2 hours) before serving. To be served between 14 and 16°.
