Tasting by Jeb Dunnuck: "The estate's cuvée blanche is a blend of a third each of viognier, marsanne and roussanne, and unfortunately the 2016 Terrasses du Larzac La Peira Blanc will only be produced in three barrels. This is a bigger, richer, more substantial wine than the Cuvée Deusyls, with plenty of pineapple, white peach and floral aromas on the nose, as well as hints of brioche. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated, with great purity and freshness, this is probably the white wine of the vintage".
