"Matissat 2017 (100% Mourvèdre aged in demi-muids) offers a fragrance of black raspberry, spicy meat, pepper and earth that develops over time in the glass, a wine sought after by Mourvèdre lovers. Like all these 2017s, it is a little more elegant and streamlined than usual, but it gains richness and depth with time in the glass. Medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, with silky tannins, it will benefit from 3-4 years of bottle age and should keep for 15-20 years." 94-96+/100 Jeb Dunnuck
