The 1999 Lafite Rothschild Vintage:
Produced with a blend of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18.5% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc and 1.5% Petit Verdot.
This is an elegant, fragrant wine with hints of wood and spice. Medium-bodied and soft on the palate, it is extraordinary in maturity and harmony. It has a beautiful deep and intense red colour.
It is a wonderful accompaniment to red meat, roast meat, duck and game.
Ideal tasting temperature: between 16 and 18°C
