- Clay plain soil in Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Saint-Aubin 

- Planted in 1995 and 1970 

 

Cultivation / Culture:

- Organic cultivation since 2006 

- Single Guyot pruning

- Manual harvesting 

 

Vinification and aging:

- Pneumatic pressing 

- Vinification and aging in oak barrels for 5 months.    

- Fining and filtration before bottling
