Tasted by Robert Parker in 2011: "A revelation of the vintage, the 2008 offers sweet caramel, mocha, black cherry, and cassis characteristics, a creamy texture, sweet tannins, and exceptional density and purity. The overall balance of the wine is also impressive. It should improve for 10-15 years."
