- TASTING AT THE DOMAIN: A bouquet revealing fruity and tawny aromas with just the right amount of barrel. Structured and firm, this is a wine with an assertive personality. Full-bodied in its youth, it softens with age. Good ageing potential.

- VINIFICATION : Depending on the vintage profile, the cuvaison can last from 14 to 16 days.
